Download Help

Desktop: Files download to your Downloads folder. Look for a recent file with the converter name.
iPhone/iPad: Use Share to save to Photos or Files. If it downloads, find it in Files > Downloads.
Android: Use Share to save to Photos/Gallery or check your Downloads folder.

Conversion Troubleshooting

Upload fails: Try a different browser tab or rename the file to remove special characters.
Output looks wrong: Re-export the source file if possible, then try again.
Large files: Break big PDFs into smaller sections or try compressing first.
